Scallop Seafood Pizza

Puree the purple sweet potato and milk with a food processor, add baking powder, and stir until the baking powder melts.

Add flour and make a dough, and ferment to double the size.

Take a piece of dough and roll it into a round cake with a rolling pin.

Place the round cake on the pizza pan and cut off the edges with a rolling pin.

Put a fork in the bottom of the eye to prevent bulging. Put it in a warm place and let it ferment. After preparing the ingredients, bake them.

Shred the carrots and stir-fry them with oil.

Ferment for about 20 minutes, squeeze the salad dressing (add more) or special pizza sauce, and brush evenly. Bake for 12 minutes in the oven at 220 degrees (considering your own oven).

Cut the ham sausage into diagonal slices, dice the pepper, dry the scallop stalks with a paper towel, add a little salt, cooking wine and white pepper to pickle, soak up the water.

Mozzarella grated.

Wash the fruit corn and cut the corn kernels with a knife.

The dough cake is baked out of the oven, and the surrounding cake crust is just slightly yellow.

Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella on top.

Sprinkle the green peppers, corn kernels, shredded mozzarella, ham slices on top, and scallop scallops in the center.

Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella on top.

Put it in the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.
