Scrambled Eggs with Green Pepper:

Wash the green peppers with clean water, remove the seeds and cut into filaments. Beat the eggs in a bowl and use chopsticks to scatter them.

Put oil (40g) in the pot, heat it up, pour in the egg juice, stir-fry and pour out.

Pour the remaining oil into the pot, heat it up, put it in the scallion pot, add the green pepper shreds, add salt and fry a few times. When the green pepper shreds are green, add the fried eggs and MSG, and stir-fry evenly. Cook it with balsamic vinegar and it will be out of the pot.
