Scrambled Eggs with Green Peppers and Rice
1.
Chop the slender and pointed spicy green peppers and place them in a large bowl for later use (the most lazy way is to mix the crushed peppers/eggs/minced garlic/light soy sauce/salt in the picture), stir them all well, and sauté them in a pan. )
2.
Beat the eggs in another bowl
3.
Pour the beaten egg liquid into the green pepper, mix well, crush and chop the garlic, add it and stir together
4.
Heat the pan, heat the oil, and pour the mixed eggs and green peppers into it. Don’t fry in a hurry (otherwise it will be disgusting). Tandem, fry in a while, medium heat, pan
5.
Stir fry until the egg is not thin, fry until cooked, and add a little old soy to polish.
Tips:
1. Put it in the pot and stir-fry after a while, otherwise it will be disgusting with a camel, and a little rice wine will be very fragrant
2. The laziest way is to mix all the chopped peppers/eggs/minced garlic/light soy sauce/salt and stir them in a pan. Very suitable for office workers who come home to cook at night
3. There must be minced garlic to be fragrant, the point is that the more crushed garlic, the better
