Scrambled Eggs with Leek

Leeks and eggs, wash and prepare.
2.
Beat the duck eggs in a bowl, add salt, cooking wine and a little water to stir (one is double yellow).
3.
Cut the leek into sections.
4.
Put oil in the pan, pour the egg mixture and stir-fry.
5.
Add some oil and stir fry the leeks.
6.
Stir-fry the leeks and egg out of the pot.
