Sea Fish and Shrimp Porridge with Minced Meat

Remove the scales and wash the sea fish.

The rice is washed clean.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, and put the sea fish in the pot.

Add a few slices of ginger, cover and cook for five minutes.

Shrimp and pork are chopped into puree.

Pour the chopped minced meat into the rice pot.

After the cooked fish, strain the fish soup and pour it into the rice pot.

Tips:
Do not add salt if the baby is one year old. Because this kind of sea fish is more spiny, I don't use it to cook porridge directly, just boil its soup to cook porridge.
