Sea Oyster Cake

Wash sea oysters; cut lean meat into small pieces, marinate with soy sauce and salt; cut cabbage into thin strips, shred carrots, and chop scallions into small sections, add five-spice powder and sesame oil, mix well; mix rice noodles and soybean powder with water and mix well .

The oyster cake spoon is heated in hot oil for 10 minutes and then taken out. First, spread a layer of batter on the bottom of the spoon, then add vegetables, lean meat, sea oysters, and finally cover the top with a layer of batter.

Put the spoon full of ingredients into the frying pan to fry. After frying for a while, the cake will fall off the spoon on its own. Turn it over and fry it for a while until it is golden on both sides and you can remove the filter oil.
