Sea Serpent Mixed with Kelp Knot

Ingredients: kelp knot (soaked and washed).

Sea serpent.

Minced garlic.

Light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar.

Sesame oil.

Knot the kelp into boiling water, blanch for 3-4 minutes, then remove.

Let cool.

Then, join the sea squiggles and put the minced garlic.
9.
Then, add some salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and sesame oil.

Season and mix well.
