I saw the seafood porridge made by Brow. It was really good and beautiful. I was inspired and decided to give it a try. I usually make white porridge or bean porridge. I have hardly made this kind of salty porridge with vegetables. I just bought 2 catties of Arctic shrimp online, and I used it this time. The cooked porridge is really delicious, not in vain. I decided to make more of this kind of salty porridge in the future, and try all kinds of flavors.

Seafood and Vegetable Lean Meat Porridge

1. Clean the rice

2. Pour some cold water into the pot and start to cook until the pot is turned off. After the pot is turned on, turn off the heat and leave a gap on the lid of the pot, otherwise it will easily overflow.

3. Lean meat, diced ginger, shredded, and pepper

4. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly to marinate for a while

5. The Arctic Shrimp is taken out in advance and melted

6. Clean celery leaves and chives

7. Cut into pieces and set aside

8. The porridge is about to be cooked, add the marinated pork

9. Seeing that the diced pork has changed color, add Arctic shrimp

10. Then add celery leaves, stir and add some salt to turn off the heat

11. Finally, sprinkle the chopped green onions into a bowl and start eating!

Tips:

Because the Arctic shrimp itself is already cooked, just heat it up in the pot and it doesn't take long to cook.
