Seafood Baked Rice

Wash the assorted seafood and control the moisture.

Thaw the longli fish, wash, and dice for later use.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add ginger slices, cooking wine, add assorted seafood to blanch water, remove and drain the water.

Add the diced longli fish to blanching water, remove and drain the water.

Wash the carrots and dice, peel the shallots, wash and shred.

Heat a wok, add an appropriate amount of olive oil, and stir-fry the diced carrots.

After the diced carrots are sautéed, add the shredded red onion and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Add assorted seafood and long diced fish and stir fry.

Add the steamed rice in advance, add the appropriate amount of tomato paste, pepper and salt, and stir well.

Put the fried rice in the baking tray.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese, put it in the oven, heat at 200°, middle layer, and bake for about 10 minutes.
