Seafood Porridge with Shrimp and Crab Porridge

The main ingredients are arranged in a row. The shrimps are live shrimps that are green. I prefer crabs. They are beautiful and taste more delicious. I don’t bother to weigh them. So I use a bowl of rice, half a bowl of rice, and six bowls of water. The consistency is very good.

Remove the cheeks and chop the crabs into pieces, leaving the shell intact! With shrimp, ginger slices, cooking wine, mix well and marinate for ten minutes

This step should be placed before the shrimps and crabs are processed, and the water and rice are put in a casserole and boiled on fire.

Cook the rice porridge until the soup is thick, add the shrimp, crab and ginger slices, cook for about five minutes

Add salt, chicken powder, and pepper (if you don’t like it), stir well and turn off the heat

Sprinkle the chopped green onion, and the shrimp and crab porridge is ready!
Tips:
Simple and easy to make, without too much condiments, mainly the umami flavor of the shrimp and crab itself!
