Seafood Tofu

Cut the tofu into small cubes and dip in egg wash.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add tofu and fry.

Fry until golden on both sides and serve.

Boil a pot of boiling water, add squid silk, and add some cooking wine to blanch water.

The blanched squid must be drained.
