Seasonal Vegetable and Matsutake Fried Rice

Chop the garlic, carrots, and matsutake mushrooms, and dice them.

Melt the butter, stir-fry the garlic, carrots, and peas until cooked, then pour in the matsutake, stir fry, and add a little salt.
