Seasonal Vegetable Rice Bowl

Ingredients: Beans and Rice, Eggs, Cucumbers, Carrots, Red Peppers, Green Peppers, Shiitake Mushrooms, Black Fungus, Scallions, Garlic, Lettuce Leaves
