Seasonal Vegetables with Tofu

Pleurotus ostreatus, four season plum blanched water, all ingredients are cut into similar sizes.

Heat the pan with cold oil.

Saute the chopped green onions.

Add tofu and fry until slightly brown.
5.
Add onions and fry them to create a fragrant flavor.
6.
Add lotus root and stir fry evenly.
7.
Stir fry with four season plums.
8.
Add tomatoes and sauté the red oil.
9.
Add oyster mushrooms, stir-fry evenly, add salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce to taste.
10.
The finished product is out of the pot.
