Seaweed Braised Soybeans

Dried kelp is soaked in clean water for about half an hour, rinsed and drained, cut into pieces for later use, soy beans are washed and soaked, and a little ginger is cut into shreds for later use.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and stir fragrant.

Add kelp and stir fry for a while.

Pour the soaked soybeans into the pot, add appropriate amount of hot water to boil.

Add appropriate amount of salt, and a little light soy sauce. Bring to a medium heat and simmer for half an hour.

When the soup thickens and the soybeans are crispy, add a little chicken essence to taste.
