Seaweed Floss

Cut pork into small pieces and add green onion and ginger to a pot under cold water.

Cook and fish out.

Put the meat in the pot and stir-fry on low heat without putting oil in the pot.

Add salt and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, and dry the water.
