Seaweed Pork Floss Crackers

Seaweed Pork Floss Crackers

1. Put eggs, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, and water in a pot.

2. Whisk with a manual whisk until completely melted.

3. Sift the low-gluten noodles and baking powder into a basin and stir slightly.

4. Add pork floss and seaweed, and knead into dough.

5. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.

6. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a 3mm thick sheet.

7. Cut the dough into a rectangle, then cut diagonally to form a triangle.

8. Place the biscuit embryos in the baking tray and preheat the oven. My oven is Siemens built-in 65 liters, which is exactly 2.5 bakeware. 3D wind, the second layer (the oven has five layers), 160 degrees, 15 minutes after the golden color, reduce 120 degrees, 15 minutes.
