Secret Barbecued Pork

Cut plum meat into strips about 2 cm wide.

Fermented bean curd, barbecued pork sauce A, oil consumption, light soy sauce, high-quality wine, sugar, salt, minced ginger, and shallots, pour it on the plum meat, spread it evenly, put it in a container, and marinate overnight.
