Secret Vegetarian Chicken

One vegetarian chicken, wash, and cut into slices about 1 cm thick.

Heat the pan with hot oil, 50% warm oil and slow fry the vegetarian chicken slices, golden on both sides, with small bubbles on the surface.

Prepare a bowl, put it in cold water, soak the fried vegetarian chicken for about 10 minutes, remove the oil, and increase the bubbles to absorb the soup

Prepare rock sugar, star anise cinnamon leaves, and put oyster sauce in a small bowl ➕ rice vinegar ➕ a little dark soy sauce ➕ light soy sauce

Add oil to the hot pot, add rock sugar, simmer into sugar color on low heat

Bring the sugar to a boil, pour the juice into a boil

Put the amount of water that covered the vegetarian chicken in the pot, add star anise, cinnamon and fragrant leaves to boil
