Seductively Colored Fermented Bean Curd and Seaweed Roasted Pork

Cut the meat into 1.5 cm square pieces.

Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger, prepare star anise and fermented bean curd juice.

Wash the kelp well, boil it in boiling water for 10 minutes, cut into small pieces and set aside.

Blanch the meat and drain the water.

Add a small amount of oil to the pot, add the blanched meat and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the flesh is slightly yellowish, add green onion, ginger, star anise and continue to stir-fry.

Add soy sauce, fermented bean curd juice, rock sugar, cooking wine and stir fry until the rock sugar melts.

Add boiling water, without meat. Turn high heat to low heat, simmer for 40 minutes.

Add the kelp pieces and stir well, then add salt and simmer for 30 minutes.
10.
Turn to medium heat and drain the soup.
Tips:
Add boiled water at once. Fermented bean curd juice and soy sauce are very salty, so add salt according to your taste.
