Sesame Beans
1.
Add water to the boiling pot and bring to a boil, put a little salt in the pot, and blanch the washed beans in a pot of boiling water for two minutes. (Add a little salt when blanching the beans to keep the emerald green color of the beans)
2.
Take out the blanched beans, put them in a basin with cool boiled water, and let the water dry and cool for later use. (The blanched beans are placed in cold water to maintain the crisp taste of the beans)
3.
Press the peeled garlic cloves into garlic paste, pour in a bowl, add salt, monosodium glutamate, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, a spoonful of peanut butter and a little bit of cold boil and stir well. (Because the peanut butter is a bit thick, add some water to dilute it)
4.
Cut the dried beans into pieces and place them on a plate.
5.
Pour the well-mixed sauce on the beans.
