Sesame Biscuits
1.
Prepare all the materials used
2.
Knead the dough into a smooth state, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it stand for 30 minutes
3.
While the dough is standing still, prepare to adjust the sesame sauce. I don’t have any pepper powder in my house. I use thirteen incense
4.
Add sesame oil and adjust to a state that can drip vertically
5.
Roll out the dough into thin slices, the thinner the better, the more rolled up the support will be
6.
Pour the sesame paste on the dough and spread it evenly on the surface with a spatula
7.
Leave about 2 cm on one side and don’t spread the sauce so that it can bond the dough after being rolled up.
8.
Roll up from the side covered with sesame sauce. The more turns the better. When rolling, you can slightly pull the bottom with your hands to make the noodles thinner.
9.
Glue the edges, divide the surface of the roll number into 9 evenly
10.
Pinch the two sides together. After standing for 15 minutes, stand up and press flat.
11.
Put it in a baking dish, brush the surface with a layer of water, if you like the darker color, you can brush it with soy sauce
12.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and put in the oven. Fire up and down at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Tips:
I like the darker color, soy sauce on the surface~
