Sesame Biscuits

Make the sesame filling first: pour salt, sesame oil, and five-spice powder into the sesame paste and stir well. Add in the sifted all-purpose flour, mix all the ingredients evenly, ready for use

Then adjust the sauce to be brushed on the surface: mix all the dark soy sauce, honey, and water, and set aside

Finally, make the dough part: prepare the crust materials for later use

Sift the flour, add in sugar, salt, yeast, salad oil and water, mix well

Mix the dough into a dough, knead until it is smooth, seal it with plastic wrap, and let it sit for 20 minutes

Roll out the loose dough into a 5mm thick dough with a dough roller

Spread the sesame paste filling evenly on the dough

Then, roll the dough from top to bottom into strips

Fold in half from both ends, then fold in half, seal with plastic wrap, and relax for another 20 minutes

Roll the loose dough into a 5 mm thick rectangle with a rolling dough

Roll up into strips from bottom to top

Then, divide it into 9 parts evenly with a scraper

Tighten the incision towards the bottom and gently press it into a pie with your palm

Finally, brush the sugar liquid on the cake with a brush and sprinkle with white sesame seeds

Preheat the oven in advance

Heat up and down at 180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. The surface is golden yellow, ready to be baked
