Sesame Cake

Yeast, baking powder, sugar are melted with warm water, add appropriate amount of flax oil, add two eggs and noodles in the flour (because the noodles of the sesame paste cake and the spinach cake have the same method, so they all use the same picture)

Proof the mixed dough for about ten minutes. (I wrap it in a fresh-keeping bag, so that it will send filial piety faster)

Roll out the proofed dough

Take 200 grams of peanut butter and dissolve it with 1 tablespoon of flax oil (not too hard π use this bottled peanut butter)

Spread the melted peanut butter on the dough and spread it evenly! Sprinkle with salt and five-spice powder (the ratio of salt and five-spice powder is used in the spinach pie), and finally sprinkle some flour and roll it up.

Use your hands to pull it into a dough! Don't cut with a knife! (The two ends pulled out by the hand are almost glued together)

Tighten the two ends with your hands and fold it back again (pictured). The pancake is oval.

Heat the electric baking pan, pour in the sesame oil and heat it, then put it in the cake (bake the smooth surface first, as shown in the picture), without having to make a second time, just bake it! (The bottom temperature of the pot is 160 and the upper temperature is 120)
9.
Turn over the pancake when it is golden brown, and turn it out when the back of the pan is golden brown

It's crispy and soft, it tastes good, dearsπ
