Sesame Fern Powder
1.
Soak a small handful of fern root powder in warm water to soften it.
2.
Prepare the cucumber shreds.
3.
Mix the peanut butter with hot water and make it thinner.
4.
The soaked fern root powder is boiled until there is no hard core, and then it is drowned in cold water and drained into the container.
5.
Put the boiled fern powder in cold water for a while, drain into the container, and add the cucumber shreds. Use light soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, vinegar to adjust the taste, add a small spoonful of chili sauce on the surface, (if you don’t like spicy food, don’t put it)
6.
Pour the prepared peanut butter into the fern powder along the side.
7.
8. Add five-spice oil to the pot, throw in a few peppers, fry the fragrant, and pour it on the mixed fern powder.
8.
Mix well when eating. This dish can be warm or cold and eat freely.
9.
Let me introduce the method of spiced pepper oil: add peanut oil in a wok, add a handful of pepper, a little green onion, ginger, and star anise. Slowly simmer the pepper until the color of the pepper is changed and the fragrance is strong.
10.
When it is slightly cool, put out the green onion and ginger, strain out the pepper, pour it into a container, and mix with cold dishes for the most fragrant.
