The most satisfying way to go home at night when you are in a hurry and don't know what to eat!

Sesame Fried Rice

1. Prepare the main ingredients. (I forgot to make the rice)

2. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot. When the oil temperature is moderate, beat in the eggs with a little salt and stir-fry.

3. Pour in leftover rice, add green onion, ginger, minced chili, and five-spice powder, stir fry a few times, add light soy sauce, mix well, and serve!

Tips:

The rice must be good overnight, the scrambled eggs must not be too hot, and you must use light soy sauce instead of soy sauce!
