Sesame Minced Meat Pie

Melt the yeast with warm water, and knead the dough with proper amount of warm water with the flour and yeast

Minced pork, diced spring bamboo shoots, pour oil in the hot pan, add the minced pork and bamboo shoots, add cooking wine, green onions, salt, and chicken essence to fry into filling

Leave the dough to ferment for 50 minutes to double its size

Take an appropriate amount of dough and put in the filling

Tips:
1. The dough must be fermented successfully, 2 times as big as possible; 2. The filling should be cooked first, so there is no need to worry about the pancake filling being unripe; 3. If you make too much, you can put it in the refrigerator, the next day the pan will not affect the taste.
