Sesame Sauce

Take 1.5 spoons of tahini.

Add two spoons of boiling water. Melt the tahini. (Note: If you like cold dishes, such as cucumber, do not add boiling water to melt it. Skip this step directly. Proceed to the next step.)

Add 2.5 tablespoons of light soy sauce and mix well.

Add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar and mix well.
5.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to make fresh.
6.
Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
7.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of minced garlic. The amount of minced garlic is just right, not heavy or weak
8.
Finally taste, if it is weak, add another pinch of salt.
