Sesame Spinach

Choose fresh spinach and wash it well.

Heat the wok with water and bring it to a boil. Add the spinach and blanch it lightly, then remove it and let it cool to control the water.

Squeeze the cold spinach with dry water and put it in a basin.
4.
Place minced garlic and dried chili shreds on top, sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Adjust salt, MSG, sugar, light soy sauce, and vinegar.
5.
Heat the wok with rapeseed oil.
6.
Sprinkle hot oil evenly on top of vegetables, add cooked peanuts. Stir well.
7.
Just install it.
