#四session Baking Contest and is Love to Eat Festival#coco Mochi Ruanou
1.
Prepare the dough ingredients.
2.
Prepare mochi ingredients.
3.
The dough ingredients are liquid first, then powder, salt and sugar are placed diagonally (except butter and yeast) into the inner bucket of the bread machine, and a dough mixing program is selected.
4.
When making the noodles, steam mochi, milk, corn starch, water-milled glutinous rice flour, sugar in a deep dish and stir well, cover with plastic wrap, pierce a few eyes with a toothpick, and put it in a microwave oven on medium-high heat for 3 minutes.
5.
Take out the mochi dish and stir with a spoon, and add butter while it is hot.
6.
When it is not too hot, put the butter into the mochi dough with gloves, cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for later use.
7.
A program dough is reconciled.
8.
Cover the bread bucket with a damp cloth and let it stand for 30-60 minutes.
9.
Put the leftover dough into the softened butter and yeast (the yeast was forgotten when taking pictures, and then added). During a kneading process, the dough was kneaded to the expansion stage.
10.
Divide the mixed dough and mochi dough into three equal parts and cover them with plastic wrap.
11.
Take a dough and roll it into an oval shape.
12.
The mochi dough is also rolled into a dough sheet that is a circle smaller than the cocoa dough, and the mochi dough is placed on the cocoa dough.
13.
Spread a layer of bean paste, then add cranberries and walnuts (walnuts are removed and chopped in the oven at 150 degrees in advance for 10 minutes).
14.
Gather the two sides together and squeeze the mouth tightly.
15.
Make the remaining two (the shape you like), put them in the oven to ferment, and put a bowl of hot water under the oven to increase the humidity.
16.
Fermentation is ready in about 40 minutes, take it out, and preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
17.
The fermented bread dough is sifted through the bread flour, and the pattern is cut according to your preference.
18.
Put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. After roasting, take it out and move it to a grilling net. Let it dry until it is stored in a hand-temperature fresh-keeping bag. Cut into pieces when eating. (The Mochi Ruanou is still very delicious on the second day)

Tips:
Stir the mochi ingredients, cover them with plastic wrap and pierce them with a few eyelids. The microwave can be heated for three minutes on high heat. If there is no microwave, steam in the steamer for about 20 minutes.
