Shabu Tripe

1. Wash the tripe and shred it.

2. Wear it with a bamboo stick.

3. Peanut butter (you can also use tahini) add water in portions to make a yogurt-like paste.

4. Add salt, pepper, light soy sauce and stir well.

5. Wash the garlic and shallots and mince separately.

6. Put water in the pot and bring to a boil, add the tripe and cook for about one minute.

7. Remove the tripe, add the peanut butter, minced garlic, and chopped green onion, mix well, and top with spicy oil.
