Shacha Braised Pork

Heat the wok, add the pork belly and stir fry to get the oil, both sides turn slightly yellow, add the mushrooms and fry until fragrant, then add rock sugar and stir fry until the rock sugar melts

Add a tablespoon of shacha sauce and stir fry with some light soy sauce for color

Put in the amount of water that hasn't touched the pork, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to medium-low heat and simmer until the pork is tender (about 30 minutes)
