Shacha Tofu

1. Prepare ingredients: 1 piece of tofu, 2 scallions, 1 tablespoon of King Shacha King, 1 tablespoon of oily pepper, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of sugar;

2. Cut the tofu into slices with a thickness of 1cm, each about 5cm in length and width;

4. Take another 1 tablespoon of oily pepper;

5. Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt and sugar and mix well;

6. Brush evenly on the surface of the tofu slices with a silicone brush, and let stand for 10 minutes to taste;

7. Microwave oven method: Put the tofu slices that have been standing for 10 minutes into a heat-resistant container, and put them in the microwave oven for 4 minutes;

8. After 4 minutes, take the tofu slices out of the microwave, turn them over, continue to bite for 4 minutes;

9. Pan method: Heat the pan, add the marinated tofu slices, fry on both sides until golden brown, then add the remaining sauce prepared in step 5 and an appropriate amount of hot water, so that the flavor can better penetrate the tofu in;
