Stir-fried noodles is our local specialty snack in Taiyuan, Shanxi. It is mainly cold in summer, and it is changed to small stir-fry in winter. Although it is a street food, it is particularly popular and is loved by people throughout the year.
If it is said that in the eyes of locals, this little stir-fry can not be served on the table during the Chinese New Year, but for outsiders, it is really a special food suitable for early adopters.
