Sheep Scorpion. Lazy Version

Sheep scorpion is soaked in cold water to remove blood. Generally, I soak it for more than half an hour when it is fresh, and I soak it for two hours after it has been frozen, and change the water twice in the middle.
Add ginger slices to a pot under cold water, boil, skim off the foam, and cook for a while until the water is not turbid. The ingredients are simple for children, and for adults, it is better to add some cooking wine and aniseed to remove fishy.

On the other side, prepare coriander, onion, and a small packet of marinade.
I'm lazy, so I just use the halogen material if I have it on hand, the very small package, the large package is divided by myself. If you don’t have one, you can buy it, or use anise cinnamon scent instead. Don't let it go, it will be a stewed lamb scorpion.

The lamb scorpion that has been blanched and washed is set aside for later use.

Put oil in the pan, add onion and coriander root, and fry slowly to get the fragrance. Soak the brine in clear water.

Add two tablespoons of soy sauce to the boiled coriander and onion, then add the water for soaking the sauce, and bring to a boil.

Pour into the sheep scorpion.

The steaming function of the rice cooker is one and a half hours.
I have kids at home and I don’t have much time to watch the fire, and my memory is not good, so I often use electrical appliances instead. If you have time, you can slowly simmer in the pot for more than an hour.

The portion is quite large, I will use the rest to cook the radish. Put some carrots in the pot, add the lamb scorpion and stew in the soup. The kids eat that I didn't put salt in the previous step, so I put it a few minutes before the pot was cooked.
You can use tofu, cabbage or whatever. I temporarily put it according to the remaining ingredients in my hand, so I won't write it in. Put whatever you want.

Tips:
If you simmer it yourself, boil the onion and coriander root, add the lamb scorpion and aniseed, stir fry for seasoning and stew, it will feel more fragrant.
