Shepherd's Purse
1.
Remove the old leaves of shepherd's purse, wash and blanch it in cold water, squeeze out the water for later use, add appropriate amount of water to the flour and mix thoroughly until the flour sticks to the chopsticks, and heat the oil to fragrant ginger garlic and chopped pepper
2.
Add potato wedges and sauté until fragrant, pour in light soy sauce, add appropriate amount of water to boil
3.
Use chopsticks to pick up a ball of dough and put it in the pot. After all the dough is placed, boil on high heat and cook for five minutes on medium heat until the dough is cooked through. Add salt, and put the shepherd’s purse and chives before starting the pot.
Tips:
1. It is standard to make this staple food potato in our hometown;
2. It doesn't matter if the dough sticks to the chopsticks, it will fall into the soup once it is put in the water;
3. Shepherd's purse can be replaced with a different kind of greens.
