Shepherd's Purse Wonton

Prepare fresh shepherd's purse.

Wash the pork and chop into puree; wash and chop shepherd's purse; finely chop the chives and set aside.

Mix shepherd's purse and pork filling, add egg, oil, salt, and pepper to make the filling.

Take the wonton wrapper, add the shepherd's purse filling, and wrap it into an ingot shape.

Boil the water in the pot, add the wontons; boil the pot, add cold water, until it is cooked and floats.

Add sesame oil, salt, pepper, and diced chives to the bowl, and add the broth.

Tips:
1. Don't eat too much shepherd's purse, shepherd's purse that has bloomed and old shepherd's purse cannot be eaten.
2. It is best not to use sesame oil for the fillings, so as not to suppress the fragrance of shepherd's purse.
