Cooking at home every day, sometimes I don’t know what to do. Fortunately, there are some shiitake mushrooms at home, so I made a rice with shiitake mushroom meat sauce, which is also a lot easier.

Shiitake Meat Sauce Rice

1. Wash the mushrooms and control water.

2. Cut the washed shiitake mushrooms into small pieces.

3. Cut the pork into small pieces.

4. Heat the oil in the pan and add the appropriate amount of green onion and ginger to the pan.

5. Add pork cubes.

6. Stir fry until the meat changes color.

7. Add the shiitake mushrooms.

8. Stir fry until the shiitake mushrooms come out of water.

9. Add the winning shiitake mushroom sauce.

10. Stir fry for a fragrance.

11. Add soy sauce and delicious.

12. Stir fry for a fragrance.

13. Add water, five-spice powder, and salt, stir-fry and bring to a boil.

14. Turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, add oyster sauce and stir well before serving.

15. Pour the fried shiitake meat sauce on the rice and add an egg to make a delicious bowl of shiitake meat sauce.

Tips:

To boil the meat sauce, use a low heat, and turn it over with a frying spoon from time to time to avoid muddy pot.
