Shiitake Mushroom and Pork Noodle Soup

Pick and wash shiitake mushrooms, clean and slice

Wash and shred lean meat
3.
Add oil to the pan, heat up, add the shredded pork and stir fry
4.
Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry
5.
Add salt and monosodium glutamate and stir fry for two minutes (be sure to fry the mushrooms until soft)
6.
Add two bowls of water to a boil
7.
Add the thin noodles and cook for five minutes
8.
Add a tablespoon of light soy sauce and a few drops of sesame oil before starting the pot
9.
Finished product
