Shiitake Mushroom Night Blossom Noodle Soup

Ingredients: night blossoms, shiitake mushrooms (soaked, washed and cut open), noodles

Peel the night blossoms and wash them.

Cut into slices on the chopping board.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut night blossoms and cut shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.
