7. Stir-fry, add salt, sugar and five-spice powder, stir-fry for a while

8. Stir-fry for a while longer, so that the mushrooms have completely absorbed the oil and exudes a scent. Add sesame oil and stir well.

Tips:

Because the bean paste and chopped pepper sauce, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce all contain salt, you should add salt in moderation; minced meat is thinner, and more vegetable oil. Don’t use too fat meat. Too much oil will make the finished product refrigerated. It solidifies when stored.
