Shiitake Mushroom Sauce

Shiitake mushrooms, choose a thicker one, wash well, cut into small cubes and set aside

Pork minced meat, add ginger rice and mix well

Put vegetable oil in the wok, add the minced pork and stir-fry the moisture

Stir fry with bean paste

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, peppercorns, chopped pepper sauce and fry for a few minutes

Add diced shiitake mushrooms

Stir-fry, add salt, sugar and five-spice powder, stir-fry for a while

Stir-fry for a while longer, so that the mushrooms have completely absorbed the oil and exudes a scent. Add sesame oil and stir well.
Tips:
Because the bean paste and chopped pepper sauce, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce all contain salt, you should add salt in moderation; minced meat is thinner, and more vegetable oil. Don’t use too fat meat. Too much oil will make the finished product refrigerated. It solidifies when stored.
