Shimizu Tofu Meatballs

A piece of pork and water tofu

Chop pork into puree, add chopped green onion, ginger, oyster sauce, seafood soy sauce, salt, pepper

Mix well

Crush the tofu into the meat and stir evenly

Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and an egg into the tofu mince after mixing well

Stir thoroughly

Wash the lettuce

Randomly shred the lettuce into a large bowl

After boiling the water in the boiling pot, reduce the heat, use a small spoon to scoop the meat into meatballs, or squeeze it by hand

After everything is done, add salt and light soy sauce to taste

After cooking for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, add coriander and a few drops of sesame oil

Pour into the big bowl filled with lettuce
Tips:
Don't mix the meat too dry, or the meatballs will feel hard.
When washing the lettuce, soak it in baking soda for 5 minutes to remove the pesticides on the surface of the vegetable. The lettuce can be eaten raw, so I just blanch it with the soup to keep the lettuce crisp and delicious. If you switch to other vegetables, put them in a soup pot and boil them.
I used half of a piece of tofu, but I didn't use it up, so I added more starch to make the meatballs shape, and I mastered it by myself.
