I'm a bit thin lately, it's really beautiful to make a dish that suits my taste and can increase my weight!

Shonan Braised Pork

1. Prepare accessories

2. The meat is blanched with cooking wine, and the water is boiled for a minute and then remove

3. Put it in a pressure cooker and let it boil for five minutes (water is higher than meat)

4. Remove from the pressure cooker, save the soup in the pressure cooker for later use

5. Boil the rock candy on a small fire and keep stirring

6. When the rock sugar water turns yellow, stir-fry the meat over medium heat for nearly a minute (note: when the meat is loaded, there will be oil splashes, so you can use the lid to block the middle), then add ginger, garlic, and small red peppers and stir-fry a few times

7. Add the soup in the pressure cooker to the meat. At this time, you can put bay leaves, grass fruit, star anise, salt, and dark soy sauce. After the water is boiled, adjust to medium heat.

8. The water is dried and harvested, and the light soy sauce is released before the fire is harvested.

9. Sprinkle some chopped green onion, pour the oil on the bottom of the pot, finish

Tips:

1. Pressing with a pressure cooker can shorten the process time of the seventh step, and also make the lean meat softer and easier to taste!
