Shredded Bamboo Shoots with Bacon and Chicken Sauce

Cut the bacon into small pieces and pour it directly into the pot without adding oil.

After the bacon is cooked out of oil, pour in the bamboo shoots and stir fry together.

Pour the concentrated chicken juice into a small bowl, add a small amount of water and an appropriate amount of salt and stir well.

Pour the adjusted chicken juice into the bamboo shoots.

Throw in a few pieces of dried chili to taste, and stir-fry the bamboo shoots when they are ripe.
