Shredded Beans

The amount of long beans is cut off in the middle and placed in a plate for later use. Bring the water to a boil, add an appropriate amount of salt, add the beans, simmer in soft, sturdy, and simmered water, remove in cold water, and cool for later use.

After the beans are cold, tear them apart from the middle by hand and put them in a plate. Place the beans in a bowl one by one.

Take another small bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, sugar, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, small ground sesame oil, then add appropriate amount of cold water, and stir together to form a sauce. Pour the seasoning juice on the beans, then add an appropriate amount of garlic, dried chili knots and pepper, pour a spoonful of boiling oil, and serve deliciously.
