Shredded Beef

Prepare the materials in the picture (select beef with clear lines)

Cut the beef into large pieces, put the ginger and beef in cold water, boil, and cook for 5 minutes to remove (the white tendons are best to be picked, but my knife is not good, and the knife at home is too blunt, so I omitted it)

Cooked, retracted beef, cut into small strips, rinse again with water, wring out the water

Add salted chicken powder and mix well

Put the beef in the pot, add all the spices except cumin powder and chili powder

Add water and cook for 40 minutes (I prefer a chewy texture, this time is just right, if you like to eat softer, you can extend the time or use a pressure cooker)

Cook the beef, remove and drain the water

Put oil in the pot, after 5 minutes of heat, pour the beef

Deep fry to the softness you like

Fish out the fried beef

Sprinkle cumin powder and chili powder while it’s hot. After taking the photo, I realized that I forgot to add white sesame seeds. Adding sesame seeds is more delicious
