Shredded Chicken

1. 4g sliced ginger

2. Scallion 20g

3. 5g minced garlic

4. 1 cucumber, shredded

5. Add ginger, green onion and garlic to the chicken in a pot under cold water and cook on high heat for 20 minutes

6. Prepare a small bowl, add chili oil, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil and mix well

7. Tear the chicken breast into strips

8. Spread the shredded cucumber on the bottom of the bowl, then put the chicken breast and top with the freshly adjusted chili oil
