Making this dish in summer is very refreshing and delicious.

Shredded Chicken and Cucumber Salad

1. Soak the chicken breasts in cold water for half an hour, wash and remove them.

2. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add green onion, pepper, sliced ginger, aniseed and sana, add chicken breast and cook. Turn off the heat for 20 minutes, simmer for 5 minutes and take out to cool.

3. Tear the chicken into shreds

4. Sliced cucumber

5. Chop the garlic and cut the coriander into inch pieces.

6. Add 1 tablespoon of cold white soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil and refined salt together to make a juice for later use.

7. Pour the shredded chicken and coriander into the shredded cucumber bowl.

8. Pour in the tuned sauce

9. Just mix evenly

Tips:

The chicken breast should be cooked thoroughly and the sauce should be simmered in advance.
