Shredded Chicken and Cucumber Salad

Soak the chicken breasts in cold water for half an hour, wash and remove them.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add green onion, pepper, sliced ginger, aniseed and sana, add chicken breast and cook. Turn off the heat for 20 minutes, simmer for 5 minutes and take out to cool.

Tear the chicken into shreds

Sliced cucumber

Chop the garlic and cut the coriander into inch pieces.

Add 1 tablespoon of cold white soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil and refined salt together to make a juice for later use.

Pour the shredded chicken and coriander into the shredded cucumber bowl.

Pour in the tuned sauce

Just mix evenly
Tips:
The chicken breast should be cooked thoroughly and the sauce should be simmered in advance.
