Shredded Eggplant with Cold Dressing

Put water under the steamer, steam the eggplant on it, about 10 minutes, tap it with chopsticks to pierce it

Rip the eggplant while it's hot
3.
Use a garlic press or the back of a knife to press the garlic into minced garlic
4.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt to your taste
5.
Garlic on top of eggplant
6.
Heat a small amount of refined oil
7.
Pour the hot oil on the garlic and mix well.
