It’s been a few days since my teeth are bad, and it doesn’t taste good. Fortunately, I have porridge to drink. I cook some porridge for myself every day. Today I made the classic Cantonese bone-cooked porridge. There is no dried vegetables at home. , I cut some shredded lettuce and used the temperature of the porridge to scald it. It still has a crunchy texture. It is very good. A bowl of light and delicious porridge with a stick of fried dough is enough for breakfast. Everyone’s breakfast should be delicious too

Shredded Lettuce Bone Congee

1. Wash the rice and add enough water

2. Roast pork bones (available at the roast meat stall in the market), cut into pieces

3. Put the lid on and boil on the fire

4. After boiling, turn to medium heat without covering, and boil until soft

5. While cooking the porridge, cut the lettuce into thin strips, cut the shallots into green onions, and cut the ginger into shreds.

6. When the porridge is visibly soft, add salt to taste

7. Ginger into the pot

8. Put the shredded lettuce into a bowl, pour the hot porridge water, and enjoy

Tips:

1. It is best to cook the porridge over medium-high heat. If you are afraid that the porridge water will overflow when it is tumbling, you can open the lid
2. After washing the lettuce, it is best to soak it in light salt water for a while, which is more hygienic
